CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 29-03-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was a supervisor in a construction company, namely, Gamon India Ltd when six iron plates were recovered from the Bolero vehicle worth Rs.15000/. It is submitted that the petitioner was a supervisor and the plates in question were recovered from the Bolero vehicle which belonged to the company and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. More over, there is nothing on record to suggest that the iron plates were kept in the vehicle in the knowledge of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9872 of 2012 (2) dt.29-03-2012 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 106/2010 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Anil/- (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J)
