06.11.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping the daughter of the informant. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement though the victim got her age recorded as 19 years but the court has assessed as 17 years where she has stated that she has married with Vikash Manjhi and wants to reside with him. Considering the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14568 of 2013 (2) dt.26-06-2013 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 98 of 2012.
