Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State . In an F.I.R. registered against unknown under Section 394 of the Penal Code, the submission is that the accused allegedly had covered their faces. The petitioner is a co-villager and has been named on suspicion but is not alleged to be amongst the persons present at the place of occurrence. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner ,named above, surrender before the court below within four weeks when he shall be enlarged on anticipatory bail upon furnishing the bail bond of Rs.20,000/-( twenty thousand) along with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arrah, in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No.10 of 2004, subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. ( Navin Sinha, J) NKS/-
