This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner/accused under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the Order dated 24.08.2017 passed Crl.M.P.No.1407 of 2017 in C.C.No.535 of 2015 on the file of learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tenali (for short, ‘the trial Court’).

Heard and perused the record. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 24.08.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1407 of 2017 in C.C.No.535 of 2015. The Crl.M.P.No.1407 of 2017 has been filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to send Ex.P1, promissory note and Ex.P6, Postal Acknowledgment with her admitted signature on memo of appearance and on the PAN Card to the Expert opinion. By impugned order dated 24.08.2017, the trial Court dismissed the petition. Against the said order, the petitioner herein preferred the revision.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits the main C.C.No.535 of 2015 was disposed on 11.12.2017. In support of this, a copy from the e-Courts website has been filed, which reflects that the said C.C.No.535 of 2015 was disposed on contest on 11.12.2017. 3

Recording the said submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and in view of the disposal of the C.C.No.535 of 2015 on

11.12.2017, this Court finds the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. Accordingly,
