2. Heard Sri Bonu Rama Shankar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Government School Teacher and facing continuous harassment, intimidation and physical threats from his wife and her relatives. He would further submit that despite several incidents of assault, threats to life, and repeated complaints made to the police, no effective action has been taken. The petitioner made his complaint vide Receipt No.362 of 2025 dated

23.12.2025 seeking police protection, which has not been considered till date. 4

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that on

23.12.2025 the petitioner lodged a written complaint vide C.No.362/CCC/SP- VZM/2025. Upon receipt of the said complaint, the same was duly endorsed to the Sub-Inspector of Police, Garividi. The Sub-Inspector, in turn, placed the matter before the Mandal Executive Magistrate, Garividi, and security proceedings under Section 126 of BNSS (corresponding to Section 107 Cr.P.C.) were initiated on 31.12.2025 against the concerned parties to bind them over to keep peace and good behaviour.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit, recording the said submissions, the writ petition may be disposed of.

6. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
