#2. Heard Sri P.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioner in FIR.No.91 of 2025 dated 02.07.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 127(2) of BNSS, 115(2), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS of Yelamanchili P.S., West Godavari District. He would further submit that even after issuance of notice under Section 35(3) of BNS., the police are regularly calling the petitioner to the police station to harass the petitioner by making him sit for the whole day. 4

#4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents ^ seeks time for getting instructions.

#5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due process of law regarding the crime which is registered against the petitioner.
