This is the second bail application. Earlier, this Court dismissed the first bail application vide Crl.P.No.8666 of 2025 on 30.08.2025. After a thorough investigation, the charge sheet has been filed, and the accusation appears to be well-founded. Except for taking of cognizance of the alleged offences by the learned Trial Court on 09.10.2025, there is no substantial progress in the trial proceedings. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
