1.GP FOR WOMEN DEV CHILD WELFARE The Court made the following: ^ ORDER:- 3 Heard Sri T.V.V.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel I petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare.

2. Seeking extension of the term of the Chairperson and Members of the Andhra Pradesh State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (APSCPCR), the petitioners have earlier approached this Court by way of writ petition in W.P.No.9719 of 2025. The contention in the said writ petition was that the petitioners had made representations on 25.03.2025 and 08.04.2025 to the 1®* respondent, seeking extension of their tenure as Chairperson and Members of the APSCPCR. Since the representations were not considered, they have approached this Court by way of writ petition W.P.No.9719 of 2025. The said writ petition was disposed of, directing the ! respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioners, taking note of the fact that there was no inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the petitioners' representations, having regard to the fact that the representations were said to have been filed on 25.03.2025 and 08.04.2025, however, immediately, thereafter, petitioners approached this Court on 10.04.2025. Pursuant to the directions of this Court, the said writ petition was disposed of.

3. In compliance to the directions, the respondent passed the impugned proceedings rejecting tenure as Chairperson and Members of APSCPCR. A Perusal of the same would reflect that the order of the 1®‘ 4 respondent is not a reasoned order. Therefore, the matter is remanded to the respondent for passing of a reasoned order.

4. The order impugned in the writ petition is set aside and the matter is remanded to the 1®‘ respondent. The 1®' respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of the order, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
