Learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Nuthalapati Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the unofficial respondent Nos.7 and 8, submits that pending Writ Petition, respondent No.7 has filed O.S.No.49 of 2022 on the file of the Court of VII Additional District Judge, Ongole, for partition. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner and the unofficial respondents to work out their remedies before the trial Court. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
