The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C)/under Section 528 of BNSS, has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.8, seeking to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Cr.No.21 of 2024 of CID P.S., which was registered for the alleged offences under Sections 409, 420, 120-B r/w 34, 37 of IPC and Sections 7, 7(a), 8, 13(1)(b), 13(2) of PC Act, 1988.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and would submit that liberty may be given to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the concerned Court.
