Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the matter pertaining to the fixation of fees structure for the courses GNM (Nursing) B.Sc (Nursing), Post Basic B.Sc (nursing), B.Sc(MLT), BPT and MPT courses for the block period 2014-2015, 2015-2016 & 2016-2017 for the students seeking admission into the petitioners’ college.

#3. Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that the fixation was already completed. No further adjudication is necessary in the present Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition becomes infructuous.

#4. Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
