This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not releasing the amounts of Rs. 10,74,130/- vide M Book No.3092-A & CFMS No.2023-9009656, even after finalizing the bills, payable to the petitioner in / 2 relation to the works i.e., Providing CC road from Chandraiah (H) to Yesanna (H) and other internal streets in SC Colony at Revanur Village of Koilkuntia (M), Nandyal District, under GGMP (Gadapa Gadapa ku Mana Prabhutwam) Grant, vide Agreement No. 2023-24, dated Nil.05.2023.

3. On the hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, relying upon the written instructions of the 6'^ respondent dated 04.11.2024, submits that the balance amount of Rs. 10,74,130/- will be paid to the petitioner in due course.

4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondents directed to pay the balance amount of Rs. 10,74,130/- to the petitioner by complying with all the formalities, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of this order. The written instructions of the 6*'" respondent dated 04.11.2024 shall be made part of the court record.
