15.05.2025. Petitioner is working as and is now aged 60 years due for superannuation within two years from now. Petitioner completed three at the said station. As general transfers being affected, in terms of the same, petitioner made request for transfer to any of the stations as mentioned in the application.

3. As the same is not being considered, he preferred the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that i the writ petition with appropriate orders It would suffice to dispose of a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and pass on the application

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that the request of petitioner would be considered subject to availability of vacancies in the stations where option has been made.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the counsels by directing respondent No.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on petitioner’s application dated 05.06.2025 with regard to the options he exercised subject to the availability of vacancies strictly in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.23 dated 15.05.2025 within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
