T. 3. On the other hand learned Assistant Government appearing for the respondents, reiying upon the written instructions of the 4‘^ respondent dated 23.10.2024 submits that the bill amounts of Rs-2.84.477/- & Rs.2.96,265/- (in total Rs. 5,80,742/-) will be paid to the petitioner in due course.

4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to pay the bill amounts of Rs.2,84,477/- & Rs.2,96,265/- (in total Rs.5,80,742/-) to the petitioner by complying with all the formalities, expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of this order. The i I 3 written instructions of the 4*'' respondent dated 23.10.2024 shall be made as part of the court record.
