The said appeal 2 BKM,J W.P.No.13657 of 2026 filed challenging D.Dis. (E3)/ROR/3332/2023 dated 29.06.2024 issued by the 3rd Respondent and pertains to the land situated in Sy. No. 787/2 the proceedings was in admeasuring Ac. 2.20 cents and Sy. No. 787/12 admeasuring Ac. 1.00 cent in Mudupulavemula Village, Pileru Mandal, Annamayya District. Consequently, to direct the 2nd Respondent to dispose of the said appeal within such time frame as may be fixed by this Honble Court, and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased leased to direct the 2nd Respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s Appeal Ref. No. ROC/E4:1601 of 2025, pertaining to the land situated in Sy. No. 787/2 admeasuring Ac. 2.20 cents and Sy. No. 787/12 admeasuring Ac. 1.00 cent in Mudupulavemula Village, Piieru Mandal, Annamayya District, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

2. This writ petition is filed questioning the non-disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent against the order of the 3rd respondent dated 29.06.2024.

3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue relying upon the written instructions of the 2nd respondent dated

06.05.2026 submits that presently the matter is posted for hearing on

16.05.2026 and the notices were also issued through post for serving purpose vide Ref:E1/Assign-1601/2025 dated 05.05.2026.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal pending before it, strictly in accordance with law, by hearing all the parties concerned, including the petitioner, giving due opportunity, upon verification of the records and the subject land, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of this order. Pending the appeal, there shall be an order of status quo as on today to be maintained with respect to the subject land covered under the above said appeal before the 2nd respondent. The said 4 BKM,J W.P.No.13657 of 2026 written instructions of the 2nd respondent dated 06.05.2026 shall be made as part of the Court record.
