No. 489/2015 in so far as not suspending the payment of fine awarded through judguient dated 24.03.2021 passed in C.C.No. 489/2015 by the JFCM, Kaikaluru, Krishna District and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and 528 of BNSS praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the payment of fine awarded through judgment dated 24.03.2021 pending disposal of the Writ Petition and to pass IA NO: 2 OF 2021 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and 528 of BNSS praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased the CRLP.
