#1. This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the not respondents in not considering F-line applications dated 03.07.2023 also applications dated
14.12.2022 to the Respondent, even after receipt of the same they did not taken any necessary steps against applications of petitioner 26122022 to the 2"*^ Respondent through Spandana for agriculture land for extent of acres 0-41 cents in Survey No.149/3 an extent of 0-41 cents in Survey No. 156/2 and self acquired land an extent of acres 0-99 cents in Survey No. 148/12 total an extent of acres 1-81 cents situated at Lolugu Village Ponduru Mandal Srikakulam District which is already in the name of Petitioner as illegal arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to the Revenue rules and Andhra Pradesh Revenue Act and also violation of Articles 14, 21 & 300 percent of Indian Constitution, consequently conduct the Survey of the agriculture land for an extent of acres 0-41 cents in Survey No.149/3 an extent of 0-41 cents in Survey No. 156/2 and seif acquired A land an extent of acres 0-99 cents in Survey No. 148/12 total an extent of acres 1-81 cents situated at Lolugu Village Ponduru Mandal Srikakulam District which is already in the name of Petitioner.
#2. > Admittedly, petitioner made Online F-Line Applications conducting survey of the land on 14.12.2022 and 03.07.2023. But, no survey 'OF was conducted so far.
#3. At the stage of admission, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue admitted about failure of the respondents in conducting survey and requested to pass appropriate orders.
#4. Recording the submission made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court deems it appropriate to issue direction to Respondent Nos. 2 & 4 to consider the Online F-Line Applications made by the petitioner on 14.12.2022 and 03.07.2023 and conduct survey within thre (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, by following procedure under Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
