of counter affidavit, would submit that the Police have not registered any crime basing the complaint of the Petitioner dated 06.01.2022, since the allegations made in the complaint are false. He would further submit that a case in Crime No.6 of 2022 under Sections 354(D), 506, 509 r/w 34 of IPC dated 07.01.2022 was registered against the Petitioner, her husband and son.
