2.6 SRINIVASA BABA (SC FOR TTD) The Cburt made the following: COMMON ORDER In view of the common issue involved in the batch of these writ petitions, they are being disposed by way of this common order.

#2. All these writ petitions are filed with a common prayer to declare the action of the 1®* respondent i.e., Tirumala Tirupati Devastanam, Tirupati, Chittoor District, rep.by its Executive Officer in not considering the case of the petitioner as volunteer / attender having rendered his services for 28 years in Tirumala Tirupati Devastanam and regularizing the services of the petitioner as bad, illegal, arbitrary, opposed to law and pass such other order or orders.

#3. Learned counsel for the petitioner in all these writ petitions, would submit that these petitions have been filed seeking regularization of the services of the petitioners in TTD. As an interim measure, there is a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners, Learned counsel would further submit that the representations of the petitioners considered and rejected including the issue relating to their appointment. Learned counsel would further submit that in case, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents furnished the copy of such rejection, petitions may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge such orders.

#4. Learned Standing Counsel for TTD has placed record proceedings dated 05.04.2018 in Roc.No.B7/E7/1717/2018 issued! by the 5 Executive Engineer, TTD, Tirupati, which shows the TTD rejected the claim of the petitioners for regularization. .!
