#3. The said revision has been stated to have been filed on 29.04.2024. Since the revision petition filed against the demand raised against the petitioner pending consideration before revisional authority, authorities have not issued a dispatch permit, causing financial prejudice to the petitioner and prayed for disposal of the said revision petition. Pending disposal of the said revision petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a dispatch permit for transportation of the Mineral.

#4. Having regard to the contentions advanced, this Court is of the considered view that, it is appropriate to direct the respondent authorities to dispose of the revision petition and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
