The present writ petition is filed challenging the inaction on the part of the respondent No.2 in issuing the Police Clearance Certificated inspite of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.18775 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024, this Court directed the respondents therein to issue Police Clearance Certificate by recording all the cases filed against the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions submits that the Police Clearance Certificate has been issued to the petitioner by mentioning 4 cases raised against him, which are still at the investigation stage.
Recording the same, no further orders are required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
