Suresh Reddy) In the result, the Criminal Appeal is allowed and the judgment of conviction and sentence, passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Amalapuram, East Godavari District in Sessions Case No.211 of 2014, dated 31.12.2018, under Sections 302 and 380 IPC, is hereby set-aside and both the appellants- accused are acquitted accordingly. Both the appellants-accused are directed to be set at liberty, forthwith, if they are not required in any other case or crime. Fine amount, if any, paid by the appellants- accused shall be refunded to them. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
