ORDER:
The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity ‘the Cr.P.C.,’)/Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’) seeking to quash proceedings against Petitioner/Appellant in Crl.M.P.No.462 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.129 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kadapa.
No representation for the Petitioner. Sri A. Sai Rohith, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, submits that Crl.A. No. 129 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kadapa, itself has already been dismissed. Hence, nothing survives in this Petition.
In view of the fact that the Criminal Appeal itself has been dismissed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kadapa, this Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
