Courts & Cases is an AI legal drafting and research platform built by Ariham for advocates, litigators, and in-house counsel across India. We searched for a tool that understood Indian court hierarchy, citation conventions, and drafting formats natively — and when we couldn't find one, we built it.

Every argument Courts & Cases produces traces back to an actual retrieved judgment — real party names, real citations, real paragraph numbers. No hallucinated authorities, no phantom precedents. That distinction is the entire reason this platform exists: a lawyer's reputation depends on what they file, and AI-assisted drafting is only useful if it's trustworthy.
